　　看！球場(chǎng)上，一個(gè)身穿“飛虎籃球隊(duì)”運(yùn)動(dòng)服的少年，興沖沖地瞄準(zhǔn)籃球筐，準(zhǔn)備投籃：只見(jiàn)他托住籃球，騰空跳起，輕松地拋出球，籃球穩(wěn)穩(wěn)地落進(jìn)籃筐，隊(duì)友們一陣歡呼：“好球！”媽媽喜笑顏開(kāi)，沖我做了一個(gè)“(^_^)/”的手勢(shì)！

　　伴隨著激情澎湃的動(dòng)感音樂(lè)，訓(xùn)練開(kāi)始了！說(shuō)實(shí)話，訓(xùn)練很辛苦！每次先要做熱身運(yùn)動(dòng)，跑得我滿頭大汗；再做拉伸運(yùn)動(dòng)，防止運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)受傷，這個(gè)很有趣兒；然后就是傳球訓(xùn)練，姿勢(shì)和投籃一樣，只不過(guò)是把球向你隊(duì)友投去。傳球環(huán)節(jié)，教練設(shè)計(jì)了反應(yīng)力游戲；隊(duì)員們玩得很嗨！我運(yùn)球更快了！傳球更遠(yuǎn)了！投籃更準(zhǔn)了！目前，我的投籃技術(shù)很好，最好的狀態(tài)可以達(dá)到投十中九。呵呵，我的目標(biāo)可不是這個(gè)“十拿九穩(wěn)”，要的是“百發(fā)百中”，告訴自己，努力哦！
