一、 確立以肯定為主的評(píng)價(jià)風(fēng)格，著力挖掘優(yōu)點(diǎn)，激發(fā)學(xué)生的寫作熱情。
1、興趣與自信對(duì)英語學(xué)習(xí)的作用是眾所周知的。而二者的產(chǎn)生和保持在一定程度上依賴于付出努力后所獲得的成就感。因此，學(xué)生每完成一篇作文，我們都應(yīng)盡量發(fā)現(xiàn)其可取之處，給予恰當(dāng)?shù)谋頁P(yáng)并提出中肯的意見，讓學(xué)生期待下一次完成得更好。每一次肯定、欣賞的評(píng)價(jià)，都是幫助學(xué)生挖掘其內(nèi)動(dòng)力的最好的催化劑。所以，在評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)生作文時(shí)，我主要采取朋友式的交流方式，探討學(xué)生文章立意的的新穎之處、思想的深度、結(jié)構(gòu)是否清晰、段落是否分明、語言表達(dá)是否準(zhǔn)確生動(dòng)。
2、每一次習(xí)作后我都選擇幾篇文體規(guī)范、結(jié)構(gòu)完整、段落分明、語言流暢的作文作為范文在全班朗讀并展示。選擇時(shí)，我不受分?jǐn)?shù)的局限，只要有特色就行。講評(píng)時(shí)我大力表揚(yáng)并宣讀他們的作品，從構(gòu)思、謀篇布局到語言運(yùn)用諸方面充分肯定作文的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，指出他們在分析審題、謀篇成段、語言運(yùn)用等方面的過人之處，并以此歸納總結(jié)這一類主題作文中常用的結(jié)構(gòu)、句型和習(xí)慣表達(dá)。這樣不但可以使學(xué)生多接觸優(yōu)秀的范文，還可以激發(fā)被選中學(xué)生的積極性，并促進(jìn)未入選者。事實(shí)證明，許多學(xué)生你追我趕，甚至暗中叫勁，都想讓自己的作品成為下一次的范文。
3、除了優(yōu)秀學(xué)生的作文展示，我還特別注意基礎(chǔ)較差學(xué)生的每一次進(jìn)步。他們只要在結(jié)構(gòu)、段落、思想或用詞用句上有較好的表現(xiàn)，我都給他們以“笑臉”或“五角星”。在點(diǎn)評(píng)學(xué)生作文，總結(jié)他們的經(jīng)典句時(shí)，我也是盡量將基礎(chǔ)較差學(xué)生的立意新穎的地方稍作改動(dòng)在全班點(diǎn)名宣講，這對(duì)于這樣的學(xué)生是極大的鼓勵(lì)，也使他們增強(qiáng)了自信，消除了對(duì)寫作的恐懼心理，并漸漸對(duì)英語作文增添了好感。
二、運(yùn)用多種形式的批改方法，立體評(píng)價(jià)，分類指導(dǎo)。
1、重視批改書面表達(dá)練習(xí)。對(duì)學(xué)生書面表達(dá)作業(yè)的批改是課堂寫作教學(xué)的自然延伸。對(duì)作文的批改不僅局限于訂正學(xué)生所犯的語法錯(cuò)誤上，而是從兩個(gè)層次上加以批改，即語篇層次和語法層次。既改內(nèi)容和結(jié)構(gòu)，又改語法和用詞錯(cuò)誤，既要求行文流暢，又要求邏輯性強(qiáng)，結(jié)構(gòu)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)。事實(shí)上，批改作文時(shí)，要考慮以下幾個(gè)問題：1)主題是否突出，是否有中心句。2)段落安排是否合理。3)語言是否流暢、合理。4)是否有重復(fù)使用的詞語和表達(dá)方式。5)是否有拼寫錯(cuò)誤。6)文章格式是否正確。7)文章的開頭和結(jié)尾是否合理、正確。8)文章是否有條理性和邏輯性。
2、根據(jù)對(duì)不同個(gè)體水平的了解，采取不同修改方式。對(duì)無法自行糾錯(cuò)的學(xué)生可直接刪除錯(cuò)誤表達(dá)并給出正確表達(dá)，如果時(shí)間允許的話，最好采取面批的形式;對(duì)基礎(chǔ)好的學(xué)生可以就用一些學(xué)生知道的符號(hào)將錯(cuò)誤標(biāo)識(shí)出來，交給學(xué)生自己去感悟并糾正，這樣做比老師直接寫出正確表達(dá)的效果要好得多。不過對(duì)學(xué)生糾正后的作文還應(yīng)定期檢查。
3、在作文批改中調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生參與。由于班級(jí)人數(shù)多，學(xué)生水平參差不齊，作業(yè)量大等種種原因，教師往往懶于動(dòng)筆。如果不批改，作文中的錯(cuò)誤得不到及時(shí)糾正，寫得再多也收效甚微;但在批改過程中，如果抓住學(xué)生的錯(cuò)誤不放，有錯(cuò)必糾，也是事倍功半。我們可以讓學(xué)生動(dòng)手參與，互相評(píng)改后從中選出好、中、差的作文進(jìn)行批閱，從中找出學(xué)生作文中存在的普遍性問題，記錄下來，課堂上進(jìn)行總結(jié)性評(píng)講，讓學(xué)生自己動(dòng)手改正后再給老師看。也可以給出連貫性欠佳的習(xí)作(隱去學(xué)生姓名)，讓學(xué)生自己動(dòng)手動(dòng)腦參評(píng)審閱，或小組評(píng)改，最后再由老師組織集體講評(píng)。如果學(xué)生能準(zhǔn)確識(shí)別和修改錯(cuò)誤，他們對(duì)上下文的連貫性也就能掌握運(yùn)用了。這樣老師節(jié)省了時(shí)間，學(xué)生則通過動(dòng)手、動(dòng)腦糾正錯(cuò)誤而印象深刻、提高更快。
4、在重視作文內(nèi)容的同時(shí)關(guān)注形式。在批改過程中，我們也應(yīng)對(duì)學(xué)生作文的字跡是否工整、布局是否完美、卷面是否整潔作出評(píng)價(jià)，使學(xué)生養(yǎng)成良好的書寫習(xí)慣。
三、注重作文批改的整體效應(yīng)，強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)作文的講評(píng)。
1、選取優(yōu)秀作文歷數(shù)其長。每次批改后選出一些較好的作文，和學(xué)生一起點(diǎn)評(píng)。從構(gòu)思、謀篇布局到語言運(yùn)用諸方面充分肯定作文的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，指出他們在分析審題、謀篇成段、語言運(yùn)用等方面的過人之處，并以此歸納總結(jié)這一類主題作文中常用的結(jié)構(gòu)、句型和習(xí)慣表達(dá)。這樣可以使學(xué)生多接觸優(yōu)秀的范文，并掌握各種文體作文的套用結(jié)構(gòu)和語言。
2、集納作文中謬誤予以糾正。我們批改時(shí)要捕捉帶有普遍性的語法錯(cuò)誤，并及時(shí)反饋有關(guān)的信息。在審閱和評(píng)改完學(xué)生所寫的短文后，我們可以把學(xué)生短文中所出現(xiàn)的典型的具有代表性的錯(cuò)誤設(shè)置成短文改錯(cuò)，讓學(xué)生在審閱和評(píng)判中訂正自己的錯(cuò)誤。利用這樣的練習(xí)可以訓(xùn)練學(xué)生發(fā)現(xiàn)、判斷、糾正自己所寫作文錯(cuò)誤的'能力以及在語篇中綜合運(yùn)用英語的能力。

Internet slang such as LOL (laughing out loud) and ROFL (rolling on the floor laughing) enjoys great popularity among teenagers nowadays. In fact, it becomes so popular that many terms now cross from computer-mediated communication to face-to-face communication. Some teenagers even use them in essay writing.
People have different opinions towards this phenomenon. Some people say that it will help enrich the language system and make language diverse. But others disagree, saying that these new words, being abbreviations for existing, long-used phrases, don't "enrich" anything; they just shorten it and their total effect on language will be trivial.
In my opinion, Internet slang has little effect on language in general, but will greatly influence individuals', especially teenagers' language development. The reason is that overuse of Internet slang will lead to the lack of proper punctuations and grammar and has numerous misspellings in writing. That will drastically reduce chances of employment when students graduate and seek jobs. So, for the sake of their future, teenagers had better refrain from Internet slang.

In a big city, we can always saw some beggars on the said of a busy street. Most of them are disabled. People who are compassionate will stop and give them some money, while some people just walk through. As far as I’m concerned, I think we shouldn’t give beggar money, I have several reasons to support my opinion.

First, almost all of the disabled beggars are organized; some bad people use them to make money. Those beggars were a normal people before the bad people cut off their arms or legs and keep them in captivity for years. They are more preferring little kids, because they can make the way they want, and they won’t call the police, armless, legless, and no eyeless. Many people are utter sympathy for those disable kids, those kids will make them a big fortune. If we give money to them, more innocent people will be bad guy’s target, they will kidnap more kids, cripple them, and make them a read resource of money.

The government should made a policy against this professional beggar market, sanctions against the bad guys. Help those poor beggars out of the living hell. Passenger’s power is minimal; to the contrary, this will have reverse effects. There is no doubt that disabled beggars are miserable, but we should help them in the right way.

“God, it’s snowing outside now”, I yelled out to myself when I pulled the curtain up and looked out through the windows. It was snowing heavily! The snow flakes were falling down from the grey sky and the ground was all white. Finding a cab to go to work will be a problem, I murmured.
I was right! I had stood in the cold and icy street for half an hour before I managed to get in a cab! It’s freezing cold this morning. I saw many people hanging on road waiting for cabs with desperation, because almost all the cabs in the city were occupied at peak hours, especially on the snowing days.
The driver was quite talkative and excited. I bet he was excited about the weather, which would definitely bring to him more profits than usual! He still complained a lot, though. He said he could only earn more during the raining and snowing days. The management fees are raised, the petroleum prices are raised and the maintenance expenses are raised, yet his passengers are not increased accordingly!
Well, I guess some people will never be satisfied with their current situations. People always want more than what they have in hand. Except for Amanda and the job as an interpreter in the government, I have nothing left. This snowing season has formed a storm of disaster for me!
I’m worrying about myself. I have no idea where to head for. I know well being a so-called government officer in this Northeast city is not ideal. Something which should deserve to be mine has not yet come to me. I work hard; I strike for it, without even knowing what it is. Moving to an unknown destination is dangerous, while staying where I am is absolutely not a good idea either!
My heart aches whenever I realize I am still far from being successful in any area! My mind always turns to be a mess when I try to think of something. In the south of our school's Yifu Library, there is a contemplator statue sitting in the square. He has sited and kept silent there for many years. I think this statue teach us how to consider and reflect. That's to be modest and silent, when thinking. It will be a valuable venture for all researchers and students. So it is necessary to study how to keep silent.
Someone may realize that silence is rather easier than speech. I think it is not exactly true. Speech only needs our courage and confidence. However, silence not only needs our courage, but also need us to have clear mind and generous heart. Sometimes it's not easy to get this. For example, do you remember in the world cup final 20xx, Zidan (the captain of French team) head-butt a player of Italy so that he was showed red card and sent off immediately. It is pity for French, because of losing the leader in the football field. Finally, French team lost the opportunity of achieving final success. So silence make person calm, and avoid impulsion.
