1、提高教師自身修養(yǎng)，做學(xué)生的良師益友。
五年級的學(xué)生已經(jīng)不再單單從外表來評價自己的老師，他們更注重教師的知識內(nèi)涵和個人修養(yǎng)，幽默風(fēng)趣、和藹可親的教師他們喜歡，但在教學(xué)時嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)認(rèn)真的教師更讓他們欽佩。
2、優(yōu)化教學(xué)設(shè)計，創(chuàng)造性地使用教材。
小學(xué)英語的教學(xué)設(shè)計應(yīng)當(dāng)是在學(xué)生現(xiàn)有的認(rèn)知水平和心理水平的`基礎(chǔ)上來選擇恰當(dāng)?shù)慕虒W(xué)內(nèi)容，不能教材上有什么，就不加取舍的教什么。如果教學(xué)設(shè)計依照教材，面面俱到，不分輕重，就會加重學(xué)生負(fù)擔(dān)，挫傷學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的積極性。因此應(yīng)根據(jù)學(xué)生的情況做適當(dāng)取舍、調(diào)整、修改和補充，創(chuàng)造性地用好教材。

However, we have mixed emotions about farewell. We want to spend more time having fun and working with each other, but we have to move on. Facing many choices about our future makes us confused; meanwhile the coming farewell makes us sentimental. As long as these feelings come along, we have to deal with it. We should know that after graduation we will learn more and be more experienced. Being apart with our friends and classmates is temporary, next time we meet each other, we'll live a better life and share our different colorful experiences with each other.

As the crowd of people grew outside at seven-thirty, my excitement grew, too. Some people wore fancy clothes, but most people wore clean, comfortable ones. In the hall we were seated close to the musicians below the stage.
They played exceptionally well. And when the singing started, we lost track of the time and place. The costumes and stage settings, and the music and singing were beautiful. The program lasted three memorable hours.
