4月16日上午，CCTV“希望之星”英語風(fēng)采大賽湘潭賽區(qū)復(fù)賽在我們東方紅學(xué)校舉行。
我去的時候比賽已經(jīng)開始了，只見向思璐站在上面緊張地表演著，帶動著我也緊張了起來。我一看序號，呀！馬上就到我了，于是我趕到座位上，其他同學(xué)都全神貫注地看著表演者，我也自作鎮(zhèn)定的等待著。
啊，馬上就到我了，我再也掩飾不住那緊張的情緒，心在不�！斑诉�，咚咚”地跳著。輪到我上場了，我懷著激動而忐忑不安的心情走上了講臺。我首先敬了個禮，做了自我介紹，然后開始有聲有色的表演我的節(jié)目，英語小故事《AGOODBOY》。我平復(fù)一下自己的情緒，然后流利地講著我的故事，邊講還邊做動作，仿佛進(jìn)入了天真的情境。評委老師專注地聽著我的故事，不時用筆記一下什么，我看到一位評委老師的眼睛里露出了一點(diǎn)笑意，我如釋重負(fù)。我的表演結(jié)束了，回答完老師的問題后，敬了個禮，便退場了。
比賽結(jié)束后，在回家的路上媽媽接到電話：“您的孩子成功突圍，晉級決賽了�！蔽抑篮螅吲d地跳了起來，此時此刻，我想起了之前努力的情形：到老師家上完輔導(dǎo)課后，回家一遍又一遍的練習(xí)，經(jīng)常練到晚上9點(diǎn)多……這些都是值得的。我現(xiàn)在最要感謝的是爸爸、媽媽還有那位輔導(dǎo)老師。
正所謂：功夫不負(fù)有心人。我從這次比賽中明白了一個道理：只要有辛苦的付出，就會有更好地回報(bào)，我要繼續(xù)認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)備，爭取在決賽中取得好的`成績。

午休的時候，我正在津津有味的看書，有位老師走進(jìn)教室說：“請報(bào)上英語班的同學(xué)去報(bào)告廳集合�！卑パ�！我都快忘了英語選拔這件事兒了！我那小小的心臟頓時緊張得像巖漿漫延開來。我和幾個同學(xué)一起來到了報(bào)告廳，只見兩個老外在向我們招手哩！接著老外開始和我們挨個的用英語交流，看著前面同學(xué)有順利過關(guān)的，我也跟著一起開心，而沒有通過的同學(xué)垂頭喪氣，我莫名的心里直打鼓。
終于輪到我了，給我測試的外國老師是位黑人，很熱情開朗，他用英語簡單的和我對話交流，剛開始我因?yàn)橛行┬【o張，沒聽清老師說的英文意思，沒想到老師竟然用中文告訴我，我馬上流利的回答，接下來我都能非常自然的和外國老師對話交談，我發(fā)現(xiàn)淘汰賽其實(shí)并沒有想像的那么恐怖呀！測試結(jié)束，在焦急的等待中，結(jié)果終于出來了！如我所愿，我真的被選上啦！我好興奮哦！
這次英語選拔賽對我來說真是一件很有意義的事，媽媽常說，機(jī)會是給有準(zhǔn)備的人，我覺得在這次選拔賽中真的用到了，以后我會更用心的學(xué)習(xí)英語！
