我們的英語老師，是一個身材苗頭嬌小柔弱常帶笑的女子。初見她時(shí)，以為她也就二十四五歲，她皮膚保養(yǎng)得很好，白嫩光滑。
可是當(dāng)她講課時(shí)跟我們說起，她來實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)今年已是第十一年，當(dāng)時(shí)我就驚呆了。她還經(jīng)常給我們講她的大學(xué)生活，我很想問，老師您芳齡幾何？
其實(shí)她實(shí)際年齡已達(dá)三十。無奈人家長的嬌小，保養(yǎng)又好，加上臉龐常掛著微笑，別人見到只會覺得有種視覺舒適感，覺得很溫暖。
常笑一笑，不僅能使自己放松心情，也能緩解別人的壓力，更為自己的人際交往奠定了初步基礎(chǔ)。

其次在其他方面。我要多出去旅游，希望能在第二課堂里開闊眼界，學(xué)到一些在學(xué)校里面學(xué)不到的知識。我還要去學(xué)習(xí)游泳、拜訪親朋好友。除了這些，我還要堅(jiān)持我的特長學(xué)習(xí)，如二胡要每天練夠1小時(shí)，拉丁舞準(zhǔn)備考級、畫畫做好老師布置的作業(yè)等。
當(dāng)然，要做好這些健康是最重要的，所以為了完成我的計(jì)劃，我要每天堅(jiān)持鍛煉，或騎自行車、或游泳、或散步。
既然制定了計(jì)劃，就要按計(jì)劃完成，如果不按計(jì)劃完成，就等于白制定。所以我一定要認(rèn)真完成自己制定的計(jì)劃，不敷衍了事。
