寫(xiě)回信與首次給人寫(xiě)信不同，它必須以別人給你的來(lái)信為基礎(chǔ)，展開(kāi)你的寫(xiě)作思路，決不能置他人的來(lái)信于不顧。因此，第一步首先要細(xì)讀來(lái)信并讀懂信的內(nèi)容，包括一些細(xì)節(jié)及信的言外之意。其次要對(duì)來(lái)信所提出的問(wèn)題作出相應(yīng)的反應(yīng)，表明自己的態(tài)度和看法，并解釋其原因。最后，寫(xiě)回信者也可以介紹自己方面的新聞或向來(lái)信人提出建議或要求等，這樣"一來(lái)一往"則發(fā)揮了書(shū)信的.功能，達(dá)到了相互交流之目的。
