Two years ago, I like to eat instant noodles very much, the instant noodles smell so delicious, because there are tasty flavor in it. When my mother was not at home, I would buy the instant noodles, as the time went by, I found my skin became bad and I would not like to eat rice. I felt so bad, my mother told me that I should not eat so much instant noodles, they contained no vitamins and also frustrated my appetite. I realized my problem and started to stay away from instant noodles, then my appetite became good and I wanted to eat rice again. Instant noodles are junk food, we’d better eat it less.
兩年以前，我很喜歡吃方便面，方便面聞起來(lái)很香，因?yàn)橛忻牢兜腵調(diào)料在里面。當(dāng)我媽媽不在家的時(shí)候，我會(huì)買方便面吃，隨著時(shí)間的流逝，我發(fā)現(xiàn)我的皮膚變得不好，我也不怎么喜歡吃米飯。我感到糟糕極了，我的媽媽告訴我我不應(yīng)該吃那么多的方便面，這些沒有營(yíng)養(yǎng)，也讓我胃口不好。我意識(shí)到了我的問題，開始不吃方便面，我的胃口變好了，也有食欲吃米飯。方便面是垃圾食品，我們最好少吃。

My friends and I went to the Fragrant Mount on National Day. When we entered the park, we were surprised to see so many flowers. They all fully blossomed. We walked along the stone road, enjoying the charming view. The most interesting thing was to climb the Fragrant Mount. We climbed the Mount, and at the same time we could enjoy the splendid maple leaves all over the Mount. We climbed to the top after an hour. We looked at the city from the top of the Mount. What a beautiful city it was! There stood countless tall buildings. Many cars were running along wide streets. White clouds were just above our heads. We really had a good time that day.

You don’t like crying, right? So you must prefer smiling, because you know smiling will let people forget everything unhappy. Every day, we see teachers or students and say, Hi/Hello! How are you? At the same time, you are smiling, right?
Smiling can let you have more friends. With a smile, people will know you’re a kind person. They will talk with you, so you will have more and more friends.
