For instance, when I worked in a network company, I can find out this kind of problem that is particularly obvious. Once, the company organized some employees to tour, the network department also took part in this tour, include in network administrator. Unfortunately, the Hacker attacked the company's local area network after they started. As a result, full of the company got into paralysis of state.

　　Another reason is that same the number of holidays will lead plenty of problems to daily work. If all of employees have extent of holiday that is same, it means most employees will select to make holidays in the particular period. This kind of problem will lead to plenty of positions of company are emptied and dozens of work is delayed. Thus all of employees cannot have same extent of holiday; in order to company could be normal run.

　　Last but not the least reason is the same extent of holiday that will seriously affects normal living of people. When people enjoy their holidays, another people also enjoy themselves, so almost nobody could offer any services. In the holiday, People cannot do anything, only can stay at home.
