    我爸爸是一個癮君子。他在家的時候，房間里就會充滿煙味。我和媽媽就成為被動吸煙者。我知道吸煙有害健康。所以我決定幫助爸爸戒煙，我制定了一個漸進戒煙計劃。到現(xiàn)在，這個計劃還很有效。

     My father is a chain-smoker. When he is at home, there is always much smoke in the room. Mother and I become second-hand smokers. I know that smoking can do harm to health. So I decide to help father give up smoking. I make a plan for him to stop smoking gradually. Till now, the
plan works well.
